Each event on its own table

Every tick is a real row of the table at its real raw value. Your result sits at its true value between rows; the ring is the next row.

About this result

  • Failure to meet the minimum requirements in any one event constitutes a failure of the entire test, regardless of the total number of points earned (MCO 6100.13A).
  • Between two rows of the table you earn the lower row.
  • Classes: 1st 235–300 · 2nd 200–234 · 3rd 150–199.
  • Scored with MCO 6100.13A W/ADMIN CH-5, effective May 28, 2025.

How the math works

  1. Three events per testPFT: pull-ups or push-ups, plank, 3-mile run or 5,000 m row. CFT: movement to contact (880 yards), ammo lift (30-lb can, 2 minutes), maneuver under fire. Altitude tables exist for the run, row, MTC and MANUF.MCO 6100.13A W/ADMIN CH-5, Marine Corps Physical Fitness and Combat Fitness Tests (page dated )
  2. One table per eventYour points = the highest row you met or beat for your age group and sex; between two rows you earn the lower row. Push-ups earn at most 70 points; 100 is only possible with pull-ups. The plank has one table for everyone (3:45 = 100, 1:10 = 40).A 18:05 run at 21–25 (male) is 99, because 100 needs 18:00.MCO 6100.13A W/ADMIN CH-5, Marine Corps Physical Fitness and Combat Fitness Tests (page dated )
  3. Pass150 or more in total AND every event at or above its table minimum: “Failure to meet the minimum requirements in any one event constitutes a failure of the entire test, regardless of the total number of points earned.”MCO 6100.13A W/ADMIN CH-5, Marine Corps Physical Fitness and Combat Fitness Tests (page dated )

  5. Combat-arms PMOSsFrom January 1, 2026, Marines in a combat-arms PMOS are scored on the male tables and need 210 on the PFT; no adverse action until further guidance.The 32: 0302, 0306, 0311, 0313, 0321, 0331, 0341, 0352, 0363, 0369, 0370, 0372, 0393, 0399, 0802, 0803, 0811, 0842, 0844, 0847, 0848, 0861, 0869, 0871, 1302, 1371, 1803, 1833, 1834, 2305, 2336, 2339.MARADMIN 613/25, combat arms PFT standard

Not modeled here

  • Maneuver under fire at altitude, female 31–35: Not modeled — Table 3-7 lists points for times slower than its own printed 4:52 minimum, so those times aren’t scored here — the official table is inconsistent (checked October 6, 2026).

  • Crunches: Not modeled — discontinued on December 31, 2022; not offered (checked October 6, 2026).

  • Body-fat allowances: Not modeled — the 285+ and 250+ score allowances on both tests are body-composition rules, explained in the waist-to-height checker, not computed here (checked October 6, 2026).

Each row is the points next to the value you must reach; between two rows you earn the lower one. The row marked “min” is the table minimum: below it in any one event fails the whole test, whatever the total. The plank uses one table for everyone; push-ups top out at 70 points.

How we check the numbers

  1. From the agency’s own tables. Pay from DFAS, housing from DoD’s BAH file, VA rates from VA, fitness scores from each service’s current scoring tables — looked up the way the tables read, never interpolated.
  2. Two dates on every answer. The date a rate took effect and the date it was last checked against the agency’s page. A rule that can’t be confirmed says “Not modeled” and why, instead of a guess.
  3. Tested, then logged. The arithmetic runs on one engine with automated tests built from the agencies’ own worked examples; every rate or rule change goes into the public change log with its source.
