Each event on its own table

Every tick is a real row of the table at its real raw value — uneven, exactly as the table is. Your result sits at its true value between rows; the ring is the next row.

About this result

  • Combat standard for record from January 1, 2026 (Active, AGR, RC on orders over 60 days) and June 1, 2026 (other RC).
  • Combat Field Test: pass/fail, 7 events in 30 minutes or less, for record from April 17, 2027 — explained, not scored.
  • Between two rows of the table you earn the lower row.
  • Scored with AFT_Scoring_Scales_250601, effective June 1, 2025; verified against the Army’s file on October 13, 2026.

How the math works

  1. One table per eventYour points = the highest row you met or beat. Deadlift, push-ups and plank: at or above the row; sprint-drag-carry and the 2-mile run: at or under it.Between two rows you earn the lower row: a 15:00 2-mile at 22–26 is 93, because 94 needs 14:54.AFT Scoring Scales (AFT_Scoring_Scales_250601) (page dated )
  2. Blank cells earn nothingWhere the table prints “---” no result earns that score, so the lookup skips it: 205 lb at 22–26 is 71 (72 is blank, 73 needs 210 lb).AFT Scoring Scales (AFT_Scoring_Scales_250601) (page dated )
  3. Which columnGeneral standard: the column for your sex (the table’s male-and-combat or female column). Combat standard: the male-and-combat column for everyone.Army Directive 2025-06 (Army Fitness Test)
  4. General standard60 or more in every event, so at least 300 in total.Army Directive 2025-06 (Army Fitness Test) · Army Fitness Test
  5. Combat standard60 or more in every event and 350 or more in total, for the 24 combat specialties. For record from January 1, 2026 (Active, AGR, RC on orders over 60 days) and June 1, 2026 (other RC).The 24: 11A, 11B, 11C, 11Z, 12A, 12B, 12D, 13A, 13F, 180A, 18A, 18B, 18C, 18D, 18E, 18F, 18Z, 19A, 19C, 19D, 19K, 19Z, 89D, 89E (Army Directive 2026-07, Enclosure 2; older Army pages still say 21 — the directive controls).Army Directive 2026-07 (page dated )
  6. Alternate aerobic eventsA 2.5-mile walk, 12-km bike, 1-km swim or 5-km row in place of the run is a go or a no-go against a time limit for your age and column; the total then covers the four scored events.AFT Scoring Scales (AFT_Scoring_Scales_250601) (page dated ) · Army Directive 2025-06 (Army Fitness Test)

Not modeled here

  • Combat Field Test: Not modeled — pass/fail, seven events in 30 minutes or less, for record from April 17, 2027 — explained here, not scored (checked October 6, 2026).

  • Profiles: Not modeled — this tool scores the five events and the four alternate aerobic events as the tables print them; profile rules for which events a Soldier takes aren’t part of the scoring scales we read (checked October 6, 2026).

Each row is the score next to the value you must reach. Between two rows you earn the lower one. “No row” marks scores the official table leaves blank (“---”): no result earns them, so the next row down is what you get. The combat standard uses the male and combat column for everyone.

How we check the numbers

  1. From the agency’s own tables. Pay from DFAS, housing from DoD’s BAH file, VA rates from VA, fitness scores from each service’s current scoring tables — looked up the way the tables read, never interpolated.
  2. Two dates on every answer. The date a rate took effect and the date it was last checked against the agency’s page. A rule that can’t be confirmed says “Not modeled” and why, instead of a guess.
  3. Tested, then logged. The arithmetic runs on one engine with automated tests built from the agencies’ own worked examples; every rate or rule change goes into the public change log with its source.
